For the more adventurous holiday-maker, Cornwall Beach (don't worry, no similarities to our own version) offers water sports and Walter Fletcher Beach has more sheltered areas away from the surf so is fantastic for swimming.

Doctor's Cove Beach is the most popular spot; there are clear blue waters and enough restaurants for all tastes. Away from the sea, there is the famous Bob Marley Experience where you can sit in the 68-seat theatre and watch a documentary on the reggae great' life, as well as having the chance to buy memorabilia such as books, CD's and posters. It is clear that with such attractions as these; Jamaica is really trying to compete with the cheap holidays that are widely available

Although Kingston is a place you should visit, many tourists choose to stay in other places due to the high levels of violence and crime in the capital. It is, however, somewhere worth visiting due to the atmosphere and buzz that the city generates.
